Our piglets are sourced from 3 local farms - who each raise different breeds of outdoor pigs. 

Reared at Farmer Gow's from 4-8 weeks the piglets enjoy a great life - indoors for the next couple of months, then outdoors on the farm. 

Pigs do not take heat well, so the outdoor pens each have their own 'swimming pools' for the porkers to have a good wallow and recoat their skins with mud.

Pork available all year round - joints, diced, burgers and a whole range of 8 different sausage flavours.

Gammon - reared for Christmas, so slow grown, long hung and again wonderful flavour.  To order your Christmas meats speak to Katherine
